EDS Detector System Upgrades
Our unique EDS Detector upgrade kit provides a simple guaranteed route to improving existing Si(Li) based EDS Microanalysis systems by exchanging the existing x-ray detector for a new state-of-the-art Silicon Drift Detector (SDD).
The EDS Detector upgrade kit comes as a complete solution ready to fit onto the SEM and is fully compatible with most existing EDS systems. The new SDD is delivered complete with power supply, cabling and a full installation guide and user instruction manual.
