DX200, high speed Digital Pulse Processors designed for EDS and XRF Applications
The DX200 Digital Pulse Processor is a high performance signal processor designed for use with RaySpec silicon drift detectors. It utilises a fast 16bit 40Mhz ADC, enabling the shortest peaking times to fully exploit the high rate capability of modern drift detectors. The DX200 incorporates state-of-the-art microprocessor and FPGA technology for parameter control, digital filtering, pile-up logic and spectrum transfer.
The DX200 offers a wide range of peaking times for applications ranging from those requiring optimum resolution performance through to the those that demand the highest rate. DX200 parameters are USB controlled, with spectrum transfer available via USB or real time event by event data via a 20-way parallel port.
